C.J. Maintenance, Inc. is firmly committed to TQM, or Total Quality Management.

We define quality as meeting our client’s requirements through a process of continuing improvements which require a strong focus on leadership, information and analysis. In addition, quality planning, human resource excellence, and quality assurance are included in all of our in-house programs and services. (Please note our product and service assurance program on the following page.) Quality results in absolute client satisfaction, the goal to which C.J. Maintenance, Inc. is totally committed.

To achieve this goal, management's efforts are directed toward instructing and motivating the maintenance personnel, with an emphasis on planning and organizing the work in such a manner that high quality is the natural outcome of the group's activities. Continually looking for improvements is an integral part of the total quality management process.

C.J.'s management teams set goals and have a strong operational plan in order to achieve quality leadership. The quality improvement effort includes the shortening of the response time of all operations and processes, with management decisions based on facts and data.

The key component of our quality program is error prevention. Quality standards are met by our maintenance personnel through management's training, cross training and diversifying each position on a continuing basis. C.J.
