COMPANY PHILOSOPHY & HISTORY

COMPANY PHILOSOPHY

In order to better acquaint you with our service, it is important for you to understand our company philosophy.

Superior customer service is our number one corporate concern. Service excellence is not a revolutionary idea and it is certainly not a sophisticated concept. It is, however, the only way to succeed in business today.

Service is more important than ever before because of competition. Customers don't have to and won't put up with mediocre service. They will go across town or the country, if need be, for service that matches their expectations and needs.

What is the success formula for C.J. Maintenance, Inc.?  It is the attention to the minor detail, the little things, and the picky points that the competition just doesn't want to take the time, money, or effort to do.

Just like the old proverb says, "it's the straw that breaks the camel's back." This is true in business, too. We at C.J. Maintenance, Inc. know that it is the small things, the little daily tasks that make or break a business relationship.

Armed with this knowledge, and empowered by the practice of Total Quality Management, C.J. Maintenance, Inc. is the driving force in the janitorial service field.
